When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, organisation, email address, phone number and message you provide. We do not collect anything else through that form.
Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site available and secure.
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to administer that relationship. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Everything you type into the calculators on this site is processed in your own browser. Those values are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and they are not stored after you close the page.
Enquiries that do not become active engagements are deleted after twenty-four months. Records relating to contracted work are retained for the period required by Indian tax and company law.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to sales@ajeevi.com and we will respond within thirty days.
