Yes. We start with a handover audit covering as-built accuracy, commissioning evidence, maintenance history and monitoring coverage, then agree an SLA against the real condition of the plant rather than the original design.
Both. We are vendor-neutral on active and passive plant and will specify against your standards. Where you have no incumbent, we will put up options with the trade-offs stated.
Parts and labour for the covered plant, preventive maintenance to a published schedule, defined response and restoration times, and a spares holding agreed up front. Non-comprehensive covers labour, with parts billed as consumed.
Monthly, with availability, incident and response performance, energy and PUE trend, capacity headroom, and anything that breached or came close. The same data is live in the helpdesk throughout the month.
